Remember the crazy market just that was going on not that long ago? When a lot of homes on the market ended up in bidding wars? It's still going on. No, not on every listing, and not even in most listings. But, it does, from time to time still happen.

And when it does, you bet we will be on it between the buyer's agents to see who can deliver the best and final offer to us instead of just taking the best offer when it comes in. If we can go at it back and forth and be able to make you 20,30 40k and so on over asking price, that's not chump change and that's what we aim to do for you.
